Consider your average person with 100 iq talking to someone of 70 iq. The 70 sounds stupid as fuck to the 100 and the 100 makes no sense to the 70 and alternately comes across as either crazy or manipulative with tricks.

Now realize that there's a bigger difference between 100 and 140 and the same thing happens. Except most people are closer to 100 so that becomes "normal" and 140 becomes "not sure if crazy or some kind of trick". This helped many things make more sense once I realized it.

For those of you who are truly high iq, I hope this is more helpful than it is depressing, but nothing will ever change this so just accept it. Nothing will ever make them smarter.

He's not a genius yet. It depends on the test, but I'm not a genius and that's below me. I believe on the "strictest test", I had like 3 different ones because I kept scoring way too high, 160 and above is "genius". Of course, it's been decades for me, so who knows how things have changed over time.
