it doesn't alter pre-existing DNA... it adds on to it with an extra little fork of coding. so yes it does change your DNA by adding foreign code, the serpents are just twisting around technical word definitions to be deceiving cunts.

Recently more and more papers come out about small changes to DNA from a variety of mechanisms.
