That this guy named "God", probably has criminal tendencies and some people had to put that sign here, as a reminder, that it's not ok for him to give into those tendencies Well the US constitution works the same, with .gov The constitution is a bunch of "Shall not"/"may not" imposed on .gov, which tell you a thing or two about .gov's tendencies ... Same deal for the rules on this toilet sign, it tells you a thing or two about the people it's referring to
