You clearly aren't an ornithologist. That's the nest of the common ruby-throated ukranian cock-gobbler. They tend to frequent other sites that echo with their mating calls of "I support the current thing". @Stupidbird is an Eastern blue-footed booby smasher. They generally don't build nests as they are busy smashing boobies and making more stupidbirds.
