The tail fin of a Sidewinder missile. Around a thousand of these can be found in a defined area at the bottom of lake Mjøsa in Norway. All were fired from land.

Mostly test sidewinders fired from a nearby base they claim. No story behind the ammo and other stuff, repeated use of the word "dumped". The Military Industrial Complex must have put a "best by date" on them?! IDK.
