you're talking about crimes that are discovered by the people who run the elections and then reported it to the feds.... I'm talking about how the elections are run... ie who prints the ballots and how they are transported and how voting works and is tabulated
the federal government has nothing to do with state elections
many states don't even run elections, it's up to counties and they just report the results
