I could be wrong but I think it's more of how fake she looks. The makeup is caked on to get that look. She is indeed cute. In the same way that Barbie is beautiful. It would be strange (and unrealistic, unhealthy) to see a guy lusting after Barbie, too.
I hope he's young,a lot of the cute Asian girl posts look barely pubescent.

Makeup is straight up modern day witch craft. I feel sorry for men. You just never know what you're looking at anymore.
There is something very off about that photo. The face does not look lifelike. The lighting is not right on the cheeks and the cheeks and jaw line looks weird. Either shopped or generated.
Maybe it is some sort of anime filter she is using on her face but those eyes are way too large to be natural.
