Hi all - as part of an effort to improve the future for my White son, I am working on sharing and promoting beautiful White culture. This will ensure he has positive White role models and be able to learn about his identity in a healthy way.

I have a list of folks (unfortunately to their YouTubes) below, and dig into the mission a bit more in my blog post here: https://whitefatherhood.blogspot.com/2021/07/what-is-white-identity-defined-by-me.html

i always say "prishee-yate it." and yes, i'm Southern. although i'm not "beat with the hick stick" like i used to be, there are some heavy vestiges left. another one i could never drop is "thank ya kindly."

and i know that "there are no females on the internet," but that daughter? that is who i was. til the day i got married. farming, building, just his shadow. i'm afraid to admit that i've lost much of what he taught me, but i did retain the ability to diagnose a problem. now how to implement the fix and the mathmatics involved? that's another story.

Oh man I can hear it when I read it! I sometimes wish I could sound more southern - it's such a genuine and endearing accent to me (I know there are a bunch of accents but being from the north I'm dumb to the nuances).

No kidding? You have a very lucky husband and an awesome father. I hope I can be half as good as that in my go at it. And hey - identifying a problem is a huge portion of the battle! We got all these politicians proposing stuff without even agreeing on the problem. It's all so backwards.

I am lucky to have someone like you to grow with in my journey of White fatherhood. I want to thank you for being an excellent representation (from these few interactions) of what I am proud to call White culture. God bless you and your family.

here's another. the highest compliment from a Southern chick. you are a dolbaby. you have a very blessed family. I raised a girl myself and let me quote you what she said in the mother's day card she gave me. (she lives in japan and i haven't seen her in 4 years. but soon.)

"Thank you for being my everything. I'd probably be a shitbag without you. I can't wait to hug and kiss you again. I love you Mummer."

Mummer is our compromise on me wanting to be called the same thing she called me before she left the home. i did set her straight that she would never have been a shitbag because i gave her to the Lord and had the whole church pray over her. when she was a very wee one. if you give your kids your all or as much as you humanly can, they will never abandon you and how they were taught. now they will most definitely stray some, but they will never ever stay gone.

Such endearing language! My mother is mum to me. Mummer has a nice sound to it and is new to me. I may steal that for my lady as we start to grow into parenthood.

Your daughter sounds like an awesome person. The Japanese are one of my favorite cultures. You can feel good knowing she is safe out there. I am glad you will be reunited soon, I can't go long without seeing mum.. always was a mommas boy.

I appreciate your advice and will 100% head it. We are praying often and showing gratitude every supper, for our beautiful boy and the nourishment provided so we can continue the Lord's work.

You done good Mummer - I hope we can do the same!
