It's a modern photo. The quality should be a dead giveaway, but there's also the makeup style, and what appears to be some airbrushing. A year or two ago, I think on old voat, people kept posting photos from this photoshoot. Turns out this is just a model. Unfortunately, she is probably not a Nazi.
