I doubt AI based Image Generation was that advanced.
I will go for artist rendition (manual compositing) based on real places.

Ooh okay that makes sense. Yeah not AI but def not natural. Putting a rug outside with leaves around would be odd. Likely you would swoosh the leaves away when putting out the rug, etc. There is a lot of work for most people who do not care to state that scene, but yeah a dreamy interpretation makes sense.
