The popular, easy-to-reach beach says charging for parking pays for services that benefit beach-goers. Surfers and other locals say it’s intensifying the region’s class divide.

Are prices actually high or just too high for these EBT niggers/spics?

Parking at an oyster bar for two hours, 20 dollars.

No blacks in sight... Priceless.

You can get a day pass for 35 bucks but some lots don't accept it.

I would happily pay $20/$35 to make sure I am in a area where most blacks cant or wont be. That is a small price to pay for lower crime, less smell and maybe an actual enjoyable time out walking around without having to worry about a random chimp-out.

20 bucks...WTF!

Who owns these parking lots?

I think we know (((who))) already.

The city mostly. But that was a private lot.
