Well, no one ever said there was something like "Black Flight" or "Mexican/Hispanic Flight". (They call that gentrification, i.e. being priced out, usually by Whites and Asians rehabbing the shithole they created). At the same time, White's don't tend to move out of a neighborhood because a Asian family moves in. Stereotypes exist for a reason.
