You used to occasionally see clips on TV if a big regional rodeo happened, but generally it's all bull riding otherwise. There's a smallish rodeo they run with the county fair nearby every year, and they pretty much do it all except bull riding.

My bad - they ride sheep. It's called mutton bustin'. Occasionally they'll bring out goats. is pretty typical
