Absolutely. A country that invented cruise missiles/ICBM, Hitler's Buzzsaw, and kept a single tank chassis in use for how many vastly different tanks, on top of all the other ridiculous tanks (Elephant and Mouse/Maus), the autobahn and all by a people that prided itself on efficiency...would have rounded people up to kill them in camps instead of just putting a $0.10 bullet in a head on the side of a road? They chose to waste all that fuel, food, men and other supplies to kill them in grandiose fashion instead...sure, right.
