Yes, this is one thing I learned through working with various Indians as a White European. They try to meet you on the same level. They can surprisingly speak good English even though their accents can make it annoying in certain situations. Otherwise, I've noticed they want approval from anyone White or paler than them due to their internally developed attachment to the caste system. I've had Indian employees completely disrespect nignogs and other dark people even the jew if it's a Muslim Indian. If I noticed this I would always have a good laugh and even non chalantly give them a positive nod of acknowledgement. Multiculturalism is a complete mess. The fact I could add that anecdote at the end is a small percentile tale that is unfortunately a complete disaster on multiple scales.
