Hate to burst any bubbles but a lot of these areas are former-industrial regions that have been decrepit, jobless, de-industrialized for more than a hundred years, and ravaged by out-of-state negros that sell street drugs at an insane profit from the nearest biggest metropolitan center. No destroying left to be done besides what has already been achieved.

I really really really wish this was a thing still. I remember one time when I was younger and naive riding as a passenger in a small conservative town north of mine a truck swerved off the road onto the sidewalk at a nigger and nearly struck it. I didn't realize the implications until years and years later. Now I'm sure it would have made the news as a "hate crime." I miss those days.
