Unless things have changed since I last worked in the power industry, in Texas, which is a deregulated state for power retailing, all you need is $150K and an established business entity to resell power. Lots of small businesses get into the electric retail game, but it is a hard game to play and events like the Texas freeze a couple of year back forced many small electric retailers to go bust when they couldn't afford to buy cheaper power on the daily power auctions. But that's not your concern here since you will immediately have a problem with that name in today's clown world market. It would be awesome to see happen but you know you'll be shredded in zero seconds flat.
