1920: Under the leadership of Adolf Hitler, the first large mass meeting of the National Socialist German Workers' Party -- and the first meeting under that name -- takes place in the Staatliches Hofbrauhaus in MÃnchen. Speaking there, Hitler enunciates the twenty-five points of the Party manifesto. German Workers’ Party (DAP) changed its name to National Socialist German Workers’ Party (NSDP).
