Well, as with any project you first need a core group of people (leadership) that will sit down, brainstorm the idea and come up with a plan. This can be as little as 2 men, but no more than 5 for the start, but be flexible depending on the circumstances.

Finding the right people would be the most difficult part, as useful people are the rarest commodity on this planet. You could try meeting people online, but there is always a risk. Of course nothing big in life was ever achieved without taking a risk.

Next would be to have regular weekly meetings face to face. Chatgroups and videocalls are great, but you will do A LOT more work face to face and it will keeo the morale up and keep people committed and engaged.

• First task - create a plan of how your community would look like and function: Who would do what? Would there be enough people? What is your budget? What are going to be your biggest expenses? What are the strengths and what are the weaknesses of your situation and how do you compensate for weaknesses? Put it all on paper, call it a "Community Plan" or whatever you wish, and base your future actions on it.

• Second task - find a location where you would like to acquire land and study the laws and regulations thoroughly. All members of the leadership team must be 100% familiar with the laws. Make sure that you get the land properly surveyed before buying and that it's fit for purpose, so you don't end up with any surprises later on.

• Third task - finances, now it's time to finance the acquisition of the land and building the infrastructure you laid out in your Community Plan. Will it be cash investments from members or will you try to get loans? Up to you. Make a detailed expenses projection for the first 6 months and put it on paper, don't let anything surprise you.

This is a basic plan I just though of while tired and sleepy, could be some points I missed.

You can keep you expenses low by using mobile homes or montage houses. Having a source of water like a well would be great.

Now for the "public relations" part. Don't call your community "HITLER WAS RIGHT, TND NOWville", but try to pass yourself off as "eco village", "green self sustainable village" and similar so normies get feelgood chemicals in their brain when they hear about you.

Obviously you would be armed and ready to defend yourself, but don't project it. Hire a security company that would do a few random patrol car permit inspection, but would hang their signage on the gates and fence which would immediately give credibility and remove any "armed neo-Nazi cult" vibes. No "trespassers will be gassed" signs.

Establish social media presence, maybe even sell produce. Let people in to come and look around when they buy from you.

I might turn this comment into a post tomorrow and add any other things that come to my mind in the meantime, I'm interested if Poal will produce any new ideas or insights.
