Not all of them are complete doughnut destroyers. I think a lot of them look out of shape because of the amount of gear they carry around these day plus the fact that 90%+ are wearing some kind of body armor. My girl is a life long runner. It fucked up her sciatic nerve. Now she walks like a duck.

Idk if this may help, but HGH helped heal my nerve issues almost completely.

For reference I was in a wheelchair 4 years ago with complete paralysis below the waist and partial in arms. Have had 3 spinal surgeries in that time and 2 other hernia surgeries. Started HGH and did what I could at the gym and physical therapy. 4 years later I am probably 75% recovered. I don't expect to make a full recovery, though my nerve damage is almost completely gone.

Niggerfetish is exhausting and the reason we used them for farm equipment was the same reason we have farm equipment today: because it makes the farmer able to do much more with less time. They've been told it is because their physical capabilities, but really because they're one step up from a beast of burden (and arguably, not a full step).
