Not all of them are complete doughnut destroyers. I think a lot of them look out of shape because of the amount of gear they carry around these day plus the fact that 90%+ are wearing some kind of body armor. But yeah, I can see your angle as well and that's probably why we see so many of these stasi pukes just mag dump towards what ever is perceived as a threat then use qualified immunity to worm out of the consequences.
