That's not how it works. The reason Aryan race is famous for it's blue eyes and blond hair is because this only occurs among us from all races on the planet, who are all basically charcoal black hair with deep brown or almost black eyes. Aryan hair color ranges from almost white blond to dark brown that looks almost black, eyes from light blond to brown. Nordic race is the one who has most blond and blue eyes as the have mixed with non-Aryan native Europeans from that region who also have blond hair and blue eyes due to living so far North. Then you have Aryans in Mediterranean Europe (talking about those not mixed with non-humans) where babies are born with blond hair and light blue/green eyes, but for most hair and eyes tend to darken as they age due to Eumelanin production from increased exposure to strong sunshine (tanning process). This can easily produce dark brown black looking hair and brown eyes.
