Just wondering, can you carry without getting in trouble in Croatia?

In rural areas no one cares, in cities you can get a permit for concealed carry if you have a legitimate reason for carrying a pistol for self-defense, but I've heard that it's not that difficult to get.

I though your question about conceale carry in Croatia might be an insinuation that it's unsafe, my mistake.
