Every illegal / shitskin gets a five to seven day period to pack up their kin, their shit and get the fuck out.

After that, the hunt is on. You get caught, anyone can arrest you. You choose to resist, you are subject to lethal force.

Important: Keep the 'grace period' as short as possible so no one has too much time to think and possibly organize. If they get, for instance, four weeks, they'll still get out while the getting is good but they absolutely will leave behind scorched earth.

I like this. Thought of something like this years ago. Should have been implemented then. I think seven days is good.

Occurred to me this morning under the shower and then on my drive to work. Great minds think alike, nudge nudge.
