The latin huffing professionals would probably call it torreriphobia, fear of being baked.

Its been historically proven that the ovens in Germany during WW2 were imported from Italy to craft delicious artisanal pizzas for guards and criminals in the prison camps.

It was a new delicious trend at the time.

Some nice wood fired pizza, sometimes even using baking stones.
