I am very mixed on this. My general opinion has been that if a company want's me to do "homework" for a "interview" I just ignore them and don't bother. I have seen too many companies basically use that to get some free work done for me to be willing to trust any of them.

From the post:

>In 2025, the job market feels more frustrating than ever for both companies and candidates. Layoffs aside, even in sectors that are hiring, the process itself has become exhausting. Job seekers apply to hundreds of positions and often hear nothing back. Employers are overwhelmed with AI-polished resumes and increasingly rely on automation to sift through applicants. The result is a process that feels less human and less effective with every passing month.

The problem is the lying pajeets. It really is. They need to vet the pajeets much better by just excluding them. I have first hand experience with lying pajeets in the workplace and have caught them numerous times lying about their backgrounds and educations and experiences.

These type of solutions like "take-home tests" or "project evaluations" or "sample coding" or in this case "work trials" are never going to pan out because they're going to lengthen the "interview" process to the massive detriment of the applicant.

I wouldn't do anything like this ever. And like De La Paz here, I have declined quite a few attempts to get me to do "homework" for job interviews.

Yeah, Its easier to just have a no pajeet policy.
