Haven't heard of this before. Seems like it was a 90's invention, supposedly safer than addderal. Fairly complex synthetic molecule though, I'm skeptical.

Supposedly Air Force pilots took this on long Iraq bombing campaigns. I didn't get much out of Modafinil, just a headache
