Just as people are waking up to the staged terror run by Mossad to kill even more Americans in the expansion plans of Israel.

Infantalization is the main lever of control. It's happening to everyone. Without awareness of this, we will be tricked into the fight. Reparations are to infantalize (through the incentive to get them) those who get them, and also to infantalize those who have to pay them.
The key is to look to who is pushing such ideas, and to herd the situation upon them. They will not pay of course, and just push another subversive attack angle. Normal people eventually get exhausted and end up giving into the fight and just pay and go forward.
As this inches forward we get deeper and deeper into the false fighting between each other and forget about what is really taking place.
