How about cooking with aluminum foil? Like on a grill. I wouldn't think it would but now that you say that, I do this a lot.

AFAIK, the real danger is from particulates. Aluminum has low friability, so not much rubs off from a sheet or something- providing that there isn't powder residue on the product from manufacturing, in which case maybe there is an issue. The other danger I have always heard about had to do with chemical solution of aluminum- like from aluminum cans. Not an expert or anything, just going by what I know during my machinist days and what I've heard.

I stopped using antiperspirants (just deodorant now) in the 90's because of aluminum content but always assumed foil was safe because it's high melting point. Looks like I have some homework this weekend. Thanks for knowledge drop.
