The people truly at fault for what's unfolding don't hide in tall buildings in the centers of cities that you're all aware of. Taking this anger out on politicians and other people that are in similar positions of power will only result in the real culprits escaping unnoticed while people throw tantrums. In fact, that's exactly the aim - to get you to freak the fuck out and do something stupid like this but with a bunch of guns, resulting in widespread hysteria and death, all while the people actually holding the power crawl back in to their depraved holes so they can wait out your tantrums and resume their plans once you've become complacent again. Do you want to make effective changes? Civil Disobedience is the cure. Marring society and plenty of its facets, however, will be counter productive.
