I did some more reading, so it seems like these Arab shits like to riot and protest frequently. Essentially prompting the Iranian government to send in police to stop the protests. But get this… they stop the protest by using live rounds essentially firing into the crowd.

Taking a look at that map. I wonder why that land on the Gulf of Oman is "uninhabited". Seems like prime real-estate for the location. Maybe military bases there?
After checking on google satellite images that place does have plenty of small towns so maybe this map maker didn't take enough time to fill it out. Just odd I guess...
