That is reasonable. If he sparks a bank crisis how are people going to trust the banks with the cashless society the banks want to ram through? Now if I get nervous, I can take my ten grand out and put it in the floorboards or walls, believe me no one will ever find it. But if there is no such thing as cash they've got you by the balls forever.
