People who think Putin is a communist Jew haven't been paying attention. He has been kicking out the communist Jews or removing them from power for most of his time in control. Every state spins the media and its funds to best forsee its safety and longevity. ITs citizens are always a secondary concern that comes after maintaining the power base as it exists.

Any time 2 or more people are together, someone wants to be in charge.

It's not whether you want to be in charge, its whether you are more qualified, and whether you try to be in charge.

Pathocracies emerge when someone who is less qualified than someone else, pursues and obtains a position through fraud. Likewise, they may emerge, when people more qualified don't pursue a job or position versus people less qualified, because the more qualified don 't want it, or are prevented or discouraged from trying.

So if you're trying for any sort of organization that isn't a pathocracy, having people who are self-aware, professional, even humble, is a huge advantage.
