Citizens attempting to leave Mariupol were shot on sight by nazis. They are using citizens as human shields.

They were being forced to stay in their houses...were being used as human shields in Mariupol. I looked up who controlled Mariupol and you guessed it: It's none other than the Nazi Azov Battalion. We have nazis using innocent civilians as human shields in Ukraine.

They are scared that once these people are free they will tell the truth about the actions of Ukrainian radicals.
