Its like how they STILL keep diamonds at a high price; fake the availability of the resource and act like its not aboundant. I low key think they found a way to manufacture crude oil, read somewhere a few years back how they had some way of doing it. But only in small portions... Wouldnt shock me in the least if it were fact.
