globalist
Who? Also what does going organic have to do with going hungry?
Last year when that president was elected he banned imports of fertilizer and pesticides. Crop production dropped by 40% or more.
That answers neither question. You say globalists... The problem is my next door neighbor could be a globalist and that wouldn't make him a decision maker. So I ask again. Who? Also again: What does organic food have to do with going hungry. You implied through lack of explanation that eating organic means you're going to go hungry.
The Irish potato famine could have been avoided if they used gmo potatoes that were resistant to the blight.
That's one hypothetical of how organic could be less beneficial.
Another example would be anywhere with locust or other insect problems that can't use pesticides.
Now of course you could always just import the food at a premium.
For a country with not a lot of wealth having to import the food would make it cost more than the average citizen could afford.
So then they starve. Or the government could make a sweetheart deal with the USA or China or Russia and host a military base in exchange for food
Everything. No industrial farming. No food for cities. Comprehend?
Organic, sure for small groups of elites homesteaders absolutely. But it's yield is terrible compared to industrial methods.
