If Ford, for example, can now only sell 5000 ICE trucks instead of 1 MILLION ICE trucks a year, there are no economies of scale for ICE trucks. No mass production.
The price per truck, if Ford even continues to try and build them, will exceed the price of similar "small batch" limited edition vehicles, like Bugattis. ICE trucks will become million-dollar exotic vehicles, overnight.
