It fucking africa ffs. Nobody ever gets arrested for doing "crime". There is no fucking "crime" where there is no law. You get arrested for failing to pay. Somebody clearly failed to grease the wheels of commerce sufficiently. If the chinese bagman responsible for making the payoffs hadn't tried to hold back on the grease, this never would have happened. No worries though.
