It fucking africa ffs. Nobody ever gets arrested for doing "crime". There is no fucking "crime" where there is no law. You get arrested for failing to pay. Somebody clearly failed to grease the wheels of commerce sufficiently. If the chinese bagman responsible for making the payoffs hadn't tried to hold back on the grease, this never would have happened. No worries though. The new guy will arrive with a newfound love of accurate accounting and the old one will be found (or not) floating face down in the Gulf of Guinea. And the flow of donkey dicks to china will be restored. And there will be great rejoicing, hey?
