so it's ok if white people have a small town, but if white people have a successful town and start making nice things, suddenly it's not ok? Is it ok for black people to have entire countries to themselves? What about Japanese or chinese, or jews who exclusively have their own countries defined by race? Nope no calls for diversity there or questioning if its ok. Its only when white people have something nice that suddenly there is this question if it's ok.
