Yep, its a very rare chromosomal abnormity. similar to hermaphroditism but with only a single set outside genitalia and the opposite on the inside. Strange times man.
From my understanding it's what happens when you have twins, one fails and the other absorbs the parts, in some cases it's a male absorbing female or vice versa. In some cases the person ends up with parts from their sibling. Chromosome disorder would be that the person has 2 sets of DNA. I would almost guarantee that if you took a DNA sample from the different genitalia on a hermaphrodite they would be different people. One case comes to mind of a woman who almost had her kids taken off her because they weren't biologically hers because her reproductive organs came from her vanished twin

Chimerism is a single person having 2 sets of DNA in their body, i honestly would feel sorry for a person who has genitalia of the wrong sex and is missing their own, but that should be fairly easy to prove with a DNA test on the different parts. The female DNA wants to produce a vagina while the male DNA wants to produce a penis.
If (((doctors))) werent so fucking evil they would investigate this and we would be able to easily test whether a trans is boy or girl by comparing dna samples from their head vs body. I could imagine a chimera where most of the body was female and the brain was male, that would be hell, but i would have to see a case to believe it.
The point in all this though isnt to actually fix people who have mixed up bits, its to legitimize insanity, destroy the concept of binary sexes, normalize perversions and criminalize the truth.
