Where are these reserves located? In the Donbas region or further east?

When the DoD put out a report around 2008-2010 and stated their were 10 trillion dollars worth of minerals in Afghanistan, I knew why we were there.

Now they’re best friends with China lol and that 10 trillion in minerals/metals is worth more today then back then.
