I do not believe this was over unpaid wages. That is a cover story. They have been blocking the adoption of GMO crop growth and I believe this is how they are coercing others to sign off. Just a few links when I check Uganda GMO. I am sure there are more reasons, too.(edited to add) Some I list below.
