I do not believe this was over unpaid wages. That is a cover story. They have been blocking the adoption of GMO crop growth and I believe this is how they are coercing others to sign off. Just a few links when I check Uganda GMO. I am sure there are more reasons, too.(edited to add) Some I list below. Did you know that in 1903 they wanted to set up another Israel Utopia in Uganda? Sure that's long ago but we know some groups have long term goals.
