Funny thing about art, you never know if the "art" is the thing itself, or observing people's reactions to it, or in this case the government's reaction to the people's reaction. Oh, who am I kidding, artists are morons. I'm giving them way too much credit. Of course the artist thought that everyone would sing and hold hands instead of the actual reaction he got.
