I eschewed wearing a watch for many years because I was a bouncer and I lost a $350 Bulova cracking an idiot in the head on the train 20 years ago when the bracelet popped and it flew off my wrist. However, I have rekindled my love affair with them. Automatic watches in particular are awesome.
