I'm from NYC. Dominicans are just slightly below niggers as far as crime goes.

Yeah, I rank them slightly higher than Ricans, though. They tend to dress better and be more slightly more educated.

I don't know about the educated part, but, yeah, they are like 15 points above Ricans.
