Nothing quite like wearing a crap rolex to signal to the subhuman blacks you should be mugged.

Rolex is NOT crap. It is not high horology, but it is a very respectable tool watch.

Rolex is NOT crap.

You gotta let materialism go.

If I was truly materialistic, I would not also wear my shit Bulovas and the same pair of sneakers for 2 years in a row. I just love wristwatches and Rolex makes very tough and reliable ones.

> More then likely a pawn shop purchase. So it is a third hand purchase and not officially a real Rolex purchase.

Happy for you since watches appear to be your thing.

I've never understood the entire premise of an expensive watch.

My cheap ass 50$ timex has done everything I have ever needed a watch to do.

I have several beaters, as well. I wear my Rolies 90% of the time, but I’ll throw on a beater here and there to break things up and add a little variety. The way you can tell I like watches is that I actually wear them and scratch them up. A lot of these guys are buying Rolex and Jewing them away as an investment or just because they’re autists who are terrified of dinging them.

Do you think they put nickel in the wristband?

The NIckel guy! I remember we had a discussion about this a few months ago. Rolesium is a proprietary metal. I forgot if it has nickel in it.

Yeah, I kind of remember having the conversation but don't remember any of the details of course...

From a quick search, it looks like Rolex’s 904L steel or Oystersteel contains the most nickel. They probably all have some amount of nickel.

"Hoping to Cop this" Why are you talking like a nigger boy?

From Google:

The word "cop" is an old Anglo-Saxon verb for catch, grab or capture, deriving from a noun "cop" dating back at least to the 1100s. Some sources say this word related to the Dutch word kapen, with a similar meaning. The earliest written documentation of the form "cop" as a verb in English dates to 1704.

From me: Suck me off.
