I bought a Chinesium Rolex Datejust similar to this for IIRC about $18 in Thailand in 1995. I wore it proudly until it died about 7 years later. I've always wanted to treat myself to a real Rolex, just haven't made it a priority. Now I'm retired and don't need a watch ... but the desire is still there. One of these days I'll treat myself. I'd say 'just do it!'. It's an investment that can be admired and enjoyed.
