Ok...there are a few changes that need to be made, but overall I like it. The state of Jefferson should be were Northern California is. Ontario annexes all of New York State EXCEPT New York City. I want to see mega cities split off into city-states. More on my reasoning later. Houston is still on this map. We'll have to fix that that. I see no benefit to annexing Iceland. Those people basically ran for their lives before settling there and I can see partnerships instead.
